The Magnolias Clubhouse is spacious and features a kitchen and flat screen TV, and is available for private functions for Magnolia residents. The Magnolias Pool is great for relaxing, sunning, and swimming. Our Fitness Center, located within the clubhouse facility, provides a ready place to exercise and relieve stress. 

 

The Gann Clubhouse, Pool, Tennis Courts and Playground are available to Magnolia residents as well. 

They are located in the Fullers Loch subdivision just across East-West Connector. 

 

The Mockingbird Trail walking paths wind their way throughout the Master community and provide access to the Silver Comet Trail.
