The Covered Bridge-Gann Clubhouse, Pool, Tennis Courts and Playground are available for use by Magnolia residents. They are located in the Fullers Loch subdivision directly across the East-West Connector. These amenities are managed by Heritage Property Management.

The Fullers Loch 'Gann Clubhouse' is available for events and can be reserved by completing the an application and sending in two checks; one for $200 usage fee and the second is a security deposit in the amount of $250. The security check will not be cashed.The two separate checks  should both be made payable to: Covered Bridge at Barnes Mill Master Association. After the event, an inspection of the condition of the clubhouse will be conducted, and if the clubhouse is left in good condition according to the requirements outlined in the rental agreement, then the security check will be returned to the homeowner. To secure a reservation, contact Heritage directly using the

They will provide an application and instructions.

To access The Pool, please contact Heritage Access Team at access@heritageproperty.com or call (770) 200-8218 and they will program and mail you a card. If your card is lost or stolen, a replacement card will be issued for a fee of $25.

The Tennis Courts are available to Magnolia residents. To reserve a tennis court time, go online to: Reservemycourt.com and register as a player using the Access Code: BMPLAY. There is a specific procedure for lighting the tennis courts. Once the lights are turned on, they take about 5 minutes to warm up to provide light on the courts. If turned off and then back on, there is a 15-minute delay as the lights need time to cool and reheat.  Occasionally, the lights turn off, as they are on an automatic timer. If this happens, it will take 15 minutes for them to relight the courts, once re-initiated.

 

Magnolia residents are required to follow posted rules at all times.
